Zachary Powell

Zach joined Asset Financial Planners in 2023 and has been part of the team's growth from a young firm to a practice serving more than 200 households across the country.

His background began on the protection side of financial services, where he worked directly with families on insurance and risk. That experience shaped a belief he still carries: before you can build toward a goal, you have to make sure it can survive the things nobody schedules.

At AFP, Zach provides planning assistance for the advisor across the full client process. He helps prepare the tax analysis behind client reviews and stays involved after the meeting ends, helping ensure the advisor's recommendations get implemented instead of sitting in a binder.

Zach lives in Cheyenne with his wife, Hannah, and their son, Hank. He is a devoted Philadelphia Eagles fan, a commitment that has survived several thousand miles and a number of difficult Sundays.
